The prices given here are in EURO, but we are pleased to accept all major currencies.
In brackets you will also find prices in US dollars and pounds just to give you an idea; the conversions could vary a little with exchanging rates.

If you are interested in shorter stay, we can arrange a nightly rate (please, note: the minimum booking accepted is for 3 consecutive nights). Please contact us.

Starting from the 24th of August 2011 The Municipality of Venice has established the tourist tax with City Council resolution no.83 of the 23-24 June 2011.
The tax is applied to the overnight stays of non-residents in the Municipality of Venice for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.

For this accommodation facility the tax amounts to Euros 4 per person per night (February 1-December 31), 2,80 per person per night (January 1-31). Under 10 years old free, less than 16 half.
